Francis Ngannou accuses Jon Jones of being part of Dana White’s UFC machine

Francis Ngannou continues to show Dana White and the UFC unfair conditions for fighters Joe Rogan said it perfectly on a recent episode of his podcast that Dana White likes what works and makes him millions of dollars. If a fighter or a particular sport is not part of the system he knows so well, the UFC president is quick to fire them.

The same dynamic can be applied to heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou, who decided to go off script and began demanding that Dana White would not agree. Now that he is free to negotiate with whoever he likes, Ngannou is poised to make millions of dollars fighting Tyson Fury and even more millions in the PFL. If that wasn’t enough, he also guaranteed competitors at least $2 million for fighting him. His heavyweight belt now belongs to Jon Jones, whom Francis completely forgets.

Jon Jones is part of the UFC system In a recent interview, Francis Ngannou criticized Dana White’s well-oiled machine and revealed how his fighters have to rely on his stories. It’s happening to Jon Jones right now, it’s happening to every other champion in the sport. The same can be said about Israel Adesanya, Conor McGregor, Alexander Volkanovski, Khabib when he was still fighting, and the list goes on. Generally, everyone follows Dana White’s plan.

But Francis Ngannou wanted to go against that system and he came out without a scratch. As a result, his life changes completely when a fight against Tyson Fury takes place in Saudi Arabia. During this interview, Francis Ngannou was asked directly if he felt that Jon Jones was taking something that belonged to him. That means the UFC heavyweight belt.

To which Ngannou responded, “I don’t think Jon Jones is trying to take anything away from me. I think Jon Jones is just part of the system that I was up against and where he tried to get in my way until they weren’t in my way anymore. I see it as more than two boxers. I don’t train with an MMA mindset like an MMA guy, I go to boxing and train like a boxer. I don’t see myself as an MMA guy, so I hope you see me as a boxer.”

Francis Ngannou: “I don’t think Jon Jones is trying to take anything away from me. I think Jon Jones is just part of the system that I was against, and at one point I tried to get in my way.”
