Roche appeared in 17 games with three starts for the New York Giants from 2021-22, totaling 40 tackles, five tackles for loss, five quarterback hits, 2.5 sacks and a forced fumble.
The 25-year-old was originally selected by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the sixth round of the 2021 NFL Draft.
Roche, a native of Maryland, played college football at Temple University from 2017-19 before transferring to the University of Miami for 2020. He totaled 182 tackles, 54 tackles for loss, 30.5 sacks, seven passes defensed, eight forced fumbles and eight fumble recoveries in college.
