UPDATE: Leon County judge hears ACC’s motion to dismiss FSU’s lawsuit

have been battling since late December.

There are currently two ongoing lawsuits, with the ACC and Florida State filing lawsuits against each other in their respective states. Most recently, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and Leon County, Florida, respectively. Both sides have filed motions to dismiss or deny the other’s legal claims.

Anyway, both events are already booked. For the first hearing.
April
9 is the first hearing for the Florida lawsuit filed in Leon County, Florida. Judge John C. Cooper will hear the ACC’s motion to dismiss or stay the case, which was filed on February 1. 16.

Florida’s motion will be heard in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina on March 22.
If
Judge Cooper grants the ACC’s request for a stay of the Leon County case, the trial will end the ACC in Carolina from the North Because the pattern is set..
