Tiger couldn’t resist kissing his ex Erica after seeing her perform this ‘turn signal’ action towards him (video)

Tiger Woods and ex Erica Herman split after six years of dating and she’s now taking him to court over an NDA she claims she was forced to sign

DailyMail.com can reveal that she filed a separate case in October alleging that he kicked her out of his home after he engaged in ‘prohibited practices’

Agents working for Woods convinced her to go on a short vacation but when she got to the airport they told her she was locked out of the home, she claims

Erica Herman, 39, made the startling allegation in a suit in which she is trying to void a non-disclosure agreement which she claims she was forced to sign.

She goes into no detail as to what the alleged abuse entailed, just ticking the ‘yes’ box under the question ‘Does this case involve allegations of sexual abuse?’

In a separate court filing uncovered by DailyMail.com, Herman is suing Woods for $30 million for ‘severe’ emotional damage, alleging that he tricked her into leaving the Florida mansion where they had lived together for six years.

She says in papers filed in October that former World Number One Woods persuaded her to go on a short vacation and when she got to the airport, his representatives told her she had been locked out.

Herman claims that Woods’s representatives removed $40,000 of her money and made ‘scurrilous and defamatory allegations’ about how she got the money.

She is demanding more than $30million for what she claims are ‘breaches of duty’ that left her suffering ‘severe’ emotional damages.

According to Herman, she should have been allowed to live in the home in Hobe Sound, Florida, for another five years but Woods used ‘trickery’ after breaking up with her in October.

Tiger Woods and ex Erica Herman split after six years of dating and she’s now taking him to court over an NDA she claims she was forced to signHerman claims she was tricked to leave Woods’s $48 million mansion in Hobe Sound, Florida. She says the golfer suggested she go on vacation and when she got to the airport his representatives told her she had been locked out

This agreement was fully performed for the six-year period prior to the events giving rise to this lawsuit.

‘The duties that were performed by the plaintiff were extensive and of an extraordinary nature in light of the overall circumstances and environment in which she lived.’

According to Herman, there were five years left on the oral agreement for her to live at the property when Woods engaged in ‘prohibited practices.’

DailyMail.com has contacted lawyers for Woods and Herman.

Herman sued Tiger’s trust – the Jupiter Island Irrevocable Homestead Trust – which is the legal owner of his mansion in Hobe Sound where the two lived together for six years.

The complaint says that she provided ‘valuable services’ at Woods’s requests as part of an ‘oral tenancy agreement.’

Herman says this gave her the right to live in the property for a ‘certain duration of time.’

The lawsuit, filed as a trust litigation, states: ‘All expenses that related to (Herman’s) residency were fully paid by the defendant or its privies.

Herman claims in separate legal documents that that an NDA she was forced to sign is being wrongfully enforced on her, citing the Speak Out Act.

The Act states that an NDA is not enforceable if agreed to before a dispute involving sexual assault or sexual harassment.

And Herman said in the filing that she’s being pressured to keep quiet and adhere to the NDA by Woods’s private trust.
