Shot-by-shot: Tiger Woods shoots 5-over 77 Sunday in final round at
record-setting performance
AUGUSTA, Ga. — After a record-setting performance in the first two rounds – and a less-flattering personal record in the third round – the Big Cat was back on the prowl on Sunday at one of his favorite courses.
Tiger Woods set the all-time record for consecutive cuts made at the Masters on Friday with 24 but followed that with his worst-ever score at Augusta National Golf Club on Saturday, a dismal 10-over 82 (his sixth round in the 80s in pro golf).
Sitting T-52 at 11 over par for the tournament to start the day, Woods teed off at 9:35 p.m. ET alongside the only amateur to make the cut, Neal Shipley, in the fourth round on Sunday.
