Shohei Ohtani is fed up with the constant questions about wife Mamiko Tanaka

Shohei Ohtani is a celebrity everywhere he goes, he is the star of Major League Baseball and during the Dodgers tour in Seoul, South Korea, he has been treated like a superstar not only because of what he can do with his game but also because he traveled with his wife Mamiko Tanaka.

Ohtani acknowledged that he is used to being a center of international media attention, but said he focuses on baseball.

“The attention is always great, being a baseball player and being able to play with these great guys next to me. I’m very excited,” Ohtani acknowledged, especially about Mookie Betts and Freddie Freeman, other Dodgers’ big stars, while despite the rivalry between Japanese and South Korean baseball, Ohtani enjoys popularity and a positive atmosphere.
Ohtani’s wife Mamiko Tanaka’s mystery solved

In late February, Ohtani, 29, said on Instagram that he was married to “a normal Japanese woman” whom he had known for three or four years. However, she did not reveal who she was until another Instagram post on Thursday showing a photo of her and Tanaka.
