Scheffler finished four shots clear of his closest contender Ludvig Aberg to claim the huge $3.6million prize.
Following his win, he said he was desperate to get home to see his wife, Meredith, who is due to give birth to his first child very soon.
The 27-year-old travelled back to Dallas to see his partner but it seems he took a quick pitstop at a local bar first.
The bar posted a picture of Scheffler on Instagram with the caption: “Welcome home Champ!!! Congratulations to you and your growing family.”
While the Masters winner was seemingly out partying, his caddie Scott had a different approach to his celebrations.
Scheffler’s good friend was seen picking the flag out of the hole following his winning putt at the 18th, as is tradition for the victorious caddie
Scott must have never let go of the flag as he later posted a funny video on Instagram, cosied up in bed with it.
In the clip, he wakes up alongside the flag and yawns before turning to the other side of the bed and cuddling his prize
The caption of his post read: “Is this a dream? It must be! WOW!
“I’m so grateful and humbled to be walking with such a great man in Scottie Scheffler. And yes he is unbelievable at golf too!!”
The pair have become dominant in the sport and Scheffler spoke about the impact Scott has had after his Masters win.
At the Green Jacket ceremony, he said: “Ted, it’s going to be hard to catch up with you on all these Masters titles.
“I couldn’t do this without you. What a guy.”
Scheffler and Scott are set for a quick return to action as they are scheduled to play in the RBC Heritage at Harbour Town which gets underway on Thursday.
