The Big Ten has suspended Jim Harbaugh for the rest of the regular season. During the final three games, Commissioner Tony Petitti prohibited Harbaugh from coaching on Saturdays but allowed him to lead the team during their weekly practices.
Michigan has filed for a TRO with confidence that it would enable Harbaugh to coach against Penn State on Saturday. However, the ruling did not go through as expected.
On Friday, Nov., a hearing will take place instead. We need to figure out if Harbaugh will be given a TRO.
