They wanted to get him as a free agent until the Chiefs decided to keep him for another year. Kansas City would have liked to get a second-round pick for Sneed in 2024, but other teams didn’t want to because he will probably command a huge salary.Sneed insisted he wanted to stay with the Chiefs and win more Super Bowl trophies. “Two is legendary, but three? You never get tired of getting rings,” Sneed said. “Hopefully I’m with the Chiefs. Hopefully, I’m still here and we can go back and repeat.”
