Australian golfer Cameron Smith joined LIV Golf a month after winning the Open Championship two years prior.

Smith will compete in the 2024 British Open Championship thisp weekend alongside 17 other LIV golfers in an attempt to become just the second LIV player to win a major in a row.
A month ago, Bryson DeChambeau won the U.S. Open, making him the second player to win a major while connected to LIV Golf. He was the first player of that calibre to do it since 2023’s Brooks Koepka, who also won the PGA Championship.
