Recently, a number of links surfaced claiming that NBA icons Larry Bird, Michael Jordan, and Magic Johnson had disparaged LeBron James following the Los Angeles Lakers’ selection of his son the previous week. I’m not going to share them because they don’t require any further care. James was the target of hate from the fictitious stories, even though a number of previous players supported the Lakers giving Bronny a chance. He was the 55th pick.
Among the first to congratulate James was Johnson. A father-son team will be playing together for the first time this season.
