The Carolina Panthers and Los Angeles Chargers have invited interviews with Baltimore Ravens offensive coordinator Todd Monken to fill their head coaching positions. Monken was fantastic in his first season with the Ravens. Baltimore went 13-4 during the regular season, the best record in the NFL.
Todd Monken helped Georgia win national championships in his last two years in Athens.
Monken previously worked as an NFL offensive lineman, decided to take his career to the next level with star Baltimore quarterback coach Lamar Jackson.
The Carolina Panthers and Los Angeles Chargers are rebuilding. But Los Angeles has a more attractive job, because the Chargers have star player Justin Herbert and more resources than the Panthers, who finished 2023 with the worst record in the NFL.
Baltimore doesn’t want to lose Monken after one season. The Ravens could run a deep lineup to prevent Monken’s ability to take over a head coaching job.
Todd Monken and #1 seed Baltimore. 1 in the AFC. The Ravens will play against the bottom team in the AFC after Wild Card Weekend..
