Holding on? Rory McIlroy’s estranged wife, Erica Stoll, was spotted wearing her wedding band while out on a coffee run in Jupiter, Florida, two days after the pro golfer filed for divorce.
The former PGA employee, 36, was photographed looking somber as she attended a Pilates class and then headed to a Starbucks near her and Rory’s $11 million mansion in Florida on Wednesday, May 15. She was still wearing her wedding ring, although the mom of one did remove the $650,000 engagement ring she typically pairs with it.
Rory, 35, filed the divorce paperwork in Florida on Monday, May 13, In Touch confirmed. He was also spotted on Wednesday practicing his golf swing at the Valhalla Golf Club in Louisville, Kentucky ahead of the 2024 PGA Championship, but the Northern Ireland native was not wearing his wedding band.
PILATES SESH
Erica was spotted on May 15 looking casual in black leggings, a white T-shirt and black flip-flops as she headed to a Pilates session in Jupiter, Florida. She finished off her ensemble with black sunglasses and a crossbody bag.
WEDDING BAND
Erica wore her wedding band for the outing, although she ditched the engagement ring that Rory gave her when he proposed in Paris in 2015.

DIVORCE FILING
The outing came two days after Rory filed for divorce from his wife, citing in the court documents that their marriage was “irretrievably broken,” according to the New York Post. A spokesperson for the golfer told the Irish Star on Tuesday, May 14, “Rory McIlroy’s communications team confirmed today that a divorce has been filed. They stressed Rory’s desire to ensure this difficult time is as respectful and amicable as possible. He will not be making any further comment.”
SEVEN YEARS
Rory and Erica split shortly after their seven-year wedding anniversary on April 22. The golf pro did not celebrate the occasion on social media, and his estranged wife’s Instagram Account is private.
