Just to let you know I’ve had my operation, everything’s fine because a lot of people have been asking me about it.

I’m off my crutches now which is great.“It’s been three weeks on Monday.

So another three weeks and I’ll be on the practice board getting ready for the seniors.

“Hopefully now everything will be back to normal, that’s the plan. See you soon, keep well, stay safe.”

Taylor is determined to finish his career on a high and is set to compete at the World Seniors Matchplay this October at York’s Barbican.
