The Cleveland Browns and Pittsburgh Steelers have one of the best rivalries in the NFL, even though Cleveland has been pretty bad in the matchup since its return in 1999. There is no love lost between both fanbases.
The two cities are about two and a half hours from each other, and there are a lot of opposing fans that travel for away games in this series, so there is always a lot of fighting going on.
Cleveland Browns Player Wives Get Harassed In Pittsburgh.
On Sunday, the wife of a Browns player and other Cleveland girls were supposedly harassed by Steelers fans, which isn’t that much of a surprise.
Carly Teller, the wife of Cleveland Browns right guard Wyatt, tweeted out after Brown’s loss to the Steelers Sunday afternoon, “The fans in Pittsburgh today were so blatantly disrespectful to me and the Browns girls. I’ve never felt so attacked by people who I literally did nothing to. Very sad/embarrassing behavior.”

Pittsburgh fans are known to be violent towards opposing players’ families, and this isn’t the first time this has happened. It also happens in a lot of places around the NFL.
A few weeks ago, Steeler fans called for Myles Garrett to get a serious injury after the Browns upset Pittsburgh on Thursday night football, so there is a great chance the same fanbase attacked Teller and other Cleveland players’ wives.
It’s crazy that fans act this way toward players’ families, but nothing will change until people get thrown out and never allowed back to an NFL game.
