Is Olivia Dunne an unlucky guy? Paul Skenes makes first second start before losing girlfriend

Some baseball fans weren’t exactly happy after Paul Skenes’ long-awaited move to the MLB. Despite showing his powerful arm with seven strikeouts, he gave up six hits and three runs in 4.0 innings. But Skenes knocked down most of the villains in his pursuit.

Skenes made history in what is arguably MLB’s most popular ballpark. He became the Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher with the most hits in a single start at Wrigley Field. Considering the two teams have met 2,600 times, this is pretty amazing.
Paul Skenes had 0 strikeouts in his second start.


   Paul Skenes’ 11 strikeouts today were the most by a Pirates starter at Wrigley Field.
Skennes struck out 11 Cubs batters and did not allow a hit in 6.0 innings. His pitch count reached 100 in the bottom of the sixth inning, and he was pulled from the game to avoid putting too much stress on the 21-year-old’s arm. The Bulls couldn’t complete the no-hitter, but Skennes showed his skill in the air.

   Seeing Skenes’ actions, many people started calling his girlfriend Olivia Dunne “ugly”. Dunne attended Skenes’ first start in Pittsburgh but lost in Chicago, where Skenes dominated.
Dunne has been busy at the red carpet launch of Illustrated Swimsuit in New York. We’ll see if it makes it to Skenes’ start next Thursday at home against the San Francisco Giants..
