The Seminoles have officially added DJ Uiagalelei.

Florida State Seminoles Florida State has found its quarterback for 2024. After announcing against the Seminoles on New Year’s Day, the Oregon State program added quarterback DJ Uiagalelei to the team on Sunday morning.

The former five-star prospect brings a wealth of talent and experience to his final season of opportunity after spending his college career with the Beavers and Clemson. Uiagalelei returns to familiar territory in the ACC. When quarterback Tate Rodemaker opted to transfer, the Seminoles knew they needed a pass rusher to bridge the gap between Brock Glenn and Luke Kromenhoek.

He’s a real hitter and his starting quarterback record is impressive. What he does on the field is so dominant, and the way he treats people off the field is amazing. Norvell said in a post: DJ is very busy to continue to develop this system and stay close to the great players that are here.

DJ brings a lot of experience, skill and athleticism to the quarterback that we’re very excited about as we head into 2024. He’s one of those players that has a lot of size, strength and the ability to push the ball down the floor. perfect precision. He is the fourth best player in the country in hitting percentage. “We are thrilled to add this outstanding football player, dedicated student and good person to our Nole family.”

Uiagalelei had a career year in which he threw for 2,638 yards at 8.4 yards per attempt with 21 touchdowns and seven interceptions.
