Red Bull world champion and the current leader in the championship Max Verstappen sets the early pace for 10 consecutive Grand Prix victories during Italian GP practise in Monza.

The Dutchman was fastest in practise in Monza ahead of the Italian Grand Prix, and Red Bull is currently leading the Formula One season. Lewis Hamilton finished the opening race of the weekend in ninth place.

By establishing the fastest time in practise for the Italian Grand Prix, Max Verstappen made a strong first impression in his quest to win 10 straight races.

In Monza, the two-time world champion beat Carlos Sainz of Ferrari by 0.046 seconds, with Sergio Perez of the other Red Bull finishing third.

For Ferrari, Charles Leclerc placed fourth.
