The lawsuit was filed in Palm Beach County Court by Thomas Sasser, the same attorney who represented Tiger Woods in his divorce from Elin Nordegren after his extramarital affair came to light.Court documents also show that Carl Woods sent Erica a subpoena.Woods has been a police officer since 1987, is a certified homicide investigator and a licensed private investigator.

According to Woods’ statement, he received the divorce papers at 9:58 a.m. on May 13 from Sasser’s firm and personally delivered them to Stoll at the McIlroy- family home at the exclusive Jack Nicklaus development at 10:30 a.m.“He described Stoll as white, fair-haired, 30 years old, 5-5 inches tall and without glasses. n”The subpoena sent to Stoll warned her that she had 20 days to send the district court clerk a written response to her husband’s request.”Rory McIlroy

“A phone call won’t protect you.
